SURGISPON®
SURGISPON® Absorbable Haemostatic Gelatin Sponges are designed with uniform porosity and a unique inter-connective structure to support quick and effective haemostasis. Suitable for use in surgeries where controlling capillary, venous, or arteriolar bleeding through pressure, ligature, or other conventional techniques is ineffective or impractical.
It has an absorption capacity of up to 45 times of its weight, gamma-sterilized & pH-neutral which allows it to be combined with drugs or antibiotics & gets completely absorbed within four weeks.
Available in Sponge, Powder and Particle forms, in normal and high-density compressed variants and in thicknesses of 10 mm, 5 mm, 2 mm, 1 mm & 0.5 mm.
